- Beautiful, bequiffed Essex girl, one fifth of The Saturdays.

It’s OK, the police won’t stop you looking at Frankie, although her appearance on Never Mind the Buzzcocks did make you wonder if the Saturdays singer was ‘legal’ when she said, “I feel like I’m at school today, I’ve learned a lot of knowledge.” The singer swiftly scored a solo record deal after her kindergarten pop troupe imploded but the career went nowhere so she learned to play the guitar, took singing lessons, and signed up with The Saturdays. But with fame comes touring – something which may yet take its toll on that eye-popping figure: “We end up eating food from service stations en route to gigs,” she says. “I need to go to the gym.”
